Joan Young is a practical, results-oriented and insightful professional with an innovative management style and more than twenty-three years experience in the non-profit sector. Prior to her non-profit work Young worked as a sales and marketing professional in the steel industry and with a statewide business and industry lobbyist organization, as well as a Communications teacher at the college level. She holds a M.A. in Communications and B.A. in English from Hunter College, City University of New York.
